Why don’t they have to wear gloves while packaging and making their foods?

Not trying to be mean or anything. I was looking for gluten free rice bread recipes and stumbled upon this website, and thought, wow. It is soooo neat! Then I saw on their slideshow that no one wears gloves.
Is it just a formality to wear gloves? I’m curious.

well in all consideration what’s so clean about the gloves?
the same air-borne germs that attach to the hands can attach to the gloves. I see no difference. just like with paper plates, we assume they are clean and don’t pre-rinse them before eating off of them.
